Process

  • Icon Step 1
    Procurement of Farm-Fresh Raw Material

We source fresh onions directly from farms in Gujarat.

  • Icon Step 2
    Feeding

The raw onions are unloaded in the feeding area and carried forward through conveyor belts for initial inspection.

  • Icon Step 3
    Peeling

From the feeder conveyor, the onions enter the peeling machine where the outer 2–3 layers are removed.

  • Icon Step 4
    Washing

The peeled onions are washed in food-grade chlorinated water (10 ppm) to remove soil, dust, and any surface impurities.

  • Icon Step 5
    Slicing

Washed onions move to slicing machines through conveyors, where they are cut uniformly according to the required size.

  • Icon Step 6
    Air Drying

The sliced onions are loaded onto stainless-steel belt dryers. Our 5-layer continuous dryer removes moisture evenly without affecting the natural taste and aroma.

  • Icon Step 7
    Cooling & Grading

After drying, the product is cooled in controlled, air-conditioned rooms. It then moves to hullers where flakes are separated according to size.

  • Icon Step 8
    Final Moisture Balancing

The graded material is rechecked and passed through dryers again if needed, to achieve stable final moisture levels.

  • Icon Step 9
    Sorting & Metal Detection

The product goes through an auto-sortex machine to remove discoloured pieces. It is then passed through a metal detector to ensure zero foreign or metallic impurities.

  • Icon Step 10
    Weighing & Packaging

Flakes are weighed accurately and packed in airtight, food-grade poly bags to maintain freshness and prevent moisture intake.

  • Icon Step 11
    Storage & Dispatch

Finished goods are stored in clean, insect-free, controlled-moisture warehouses. After final QC checks, the product is dispatched for export.
